OUR PROCESS

Building a home or developing land is a journey with many moving parts. To keep your project on track and your stress levels low, we’ve distilled our development process into five clear, manageable phases.

1. Discovery & Land Assessment

The process begins with a look at the "dirt." Whether you already own land or are looking to acquire it, our team evaluates the site to determine its potential. We discuss your goals—be it a single-family home or a small neighborhood—and identify how to best "open up the space" to make it usable and build-ready.

2. Planning & Design Selection

This is where your vision takes shape. You can choose from our curated selection of cost-effective plans, or we can work together on a custom design. We offer multiple variations of our layouts, allowing us to find the perfect balance between your aesthetic preferences and your budget.

3. Pre-Construction & Navigating the Red Tape

Before a single shovel hits the ground, our in-house team handles the heavy lifting of the development process. We manage the "behind-the-scenes" stress, including:

  • Site engineering and layout.
  • Permitting and local Chattanooga zoning requirements.
  • Budget finalization to ensure the project stays affordable.

4. Hands-On Development & Construction

Once the plans are set, our crew moves in. Because we facilitate every phase of work, you have a direct line of sight into the build. We manage the land clearing, utility installation, and the full vertical construction of the home. Our team stays "hands-on," providing regular updates so you’re never left wondering about the status of your project.

5. Quality Assurance & Handover

In the final phase, we conduct a rigorous walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our standards for quality and durability. We don't just hand over the keys; we make sure you understand the features of your new home and feel confident in the work we've done. You walk away with a high-quality, affordable home, and we walk away proud to have served another Chattanooga neighbor.
